His lectures are very easy to digest and deal with basic questions of how to live and how to interpret our lives.
Each course is ~8x one hour long videos. They are pleasant to watch and deal with very real modern problems.
I encourage everyone to watch his lectures. If this forum picks up enough traction, I think it would be fun to watch through these lecture series together, perhaps via Cytube or Zoom.
