I think it would be good to have a forum for "essay workshops" for example, anyone have feelings on that?

There should now be web push notifications that send a notification to your browser when someone replies to you / sends you a private message.

It is opt in: opt in here: ucp.php?i=ucp_notifications&mode=notification_options

Every forum has its own RSS feed if people want another way to stay updated.

Are there interests in getting e-mail notifications? I assumed everyone already gets enough emails, that they don't want any more.
